THE AGREEMENT
Podcast Studio Terms & Conditions
These terms govern every recording session booked at Scarlett Studios. They exist to keepsessions running smoothly, protect both the studio and the client, and make sure expectations around payment, delivery, and studio time are clear from the very start.
01 Advance Payment– 100% advance payment is required before the podcast begins.– Recording will start only after payment is received.
02 Data Delivery– Recorded data will be delivered only after full payment.– Clients may bring their own SSD or hard drive for same-day data transfer.
03 Data Upload Time– Since we use high-quality professional cameras, data delivery may take up to 12 hours after the shoot.
04 Battery Changes & Technical Breaks– After approximately 40 minutes of continuous recording, camera batteries may need to be changed.– Battery replacement generally takes around 2 minutes.– As a goodwill gesture, an additional 5 minutes of recording time will be provided.
05 Unforeseen Circumstances– In rare cases, technical issues or electricity disruptions may occur.– We will do our best to avoid these situations.– If such interruptions occur, we will provide an additional 5–10 minutes of recording time.
06 Studio Time & Overtime Charges– Charges are based on studio occupancy time and not only on actual recording time.– The booking starts once the studio setup is complete and the studio is occupied.
Overtime Policy
Exceeding up to 30 minutes — an additional 30-minute charge applies.
Exceeding more than 35 minutes — an additional full-hour charge applies.
07 Subsequent Bookings
If another shoot is scheduled after your booking, we may need to stop the podcast once
your allocated time ends.
A reminder will be provided 5–10 minutes before your booking ends.
Additional time, if available, will be charged separately.
08 Same-Day Data Collection
Clients can bring their own storage device.
Data transfer will be done only after full payment.

Important Notes
A few points worth keeping in mind before your session, so there are no surprises on the
day.
- Studio charges are calculated according to total studio usage time.
- Breaks, discussions, preparation time, or pauses are included in the booking duration.
- Any overtime will be charged according to the studio policy.
- Raw data and final deliverables will only be shared after complete payment.
